In order to implement the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Evaluation and Approval System and Inspiring Innovation of Drugs and Medical Devices (Ting Zi [2017] No.42) issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the General Office of the State Council, the former China Food and Drug Administration promulgated the Announcement on Adjusting Matters relating to the Evaluation and Approval of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Pharmaceutical Excipients and Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials ([2017] No.146).
