In order to carry out the Central Government's decisions and arrangements in regard to perfecting the reform of forensic authentication management systems, further improve the registration management systems of forensic authentication institutions and forensic experts and practically enhance the institutionalized, normative and scientific level of forensic authentication management, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Forensic Authentication Institutions (Revised Draft for Comment), the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Forensic Experts (Revised Draft for Comment) and explanations thereof are hereby issued.
