In order to further expand the opening-up of the interbank bond market, optimize the structure of underwriting teams for debt financing instruments offered by non-financial enterprises and promote healthy and orderly market development, the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors ("NAFMII"), in accordance with the Measures of the Administration of Debt Financing Instruments of Non-financial Enterprises on the Inter-bank Bond Market Issued by the People's Bank of China (Order of the People's Bank of China [2008] No.1), the Rules of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for Market Assessment concerning the Underwriting Business of Relevant Members for Debt Financing Instruments Offered by Non-financial Enterprises (the "Rules for Assessment") and other relevant self-discipline rules, has started the market assessment of Class A leading underwriting business of foreign-invested bank members.
