People's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and ministries, commissions and directly affiliated institutions of the State Council,
In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of Internet information services, protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and safeguard national security and public interests, the newly re-established Cyberspace Administration of China is hereby authorized to take charge of Internet information content management and supervision and management of law enforcement in the whole country.
