In order to implement the requirements of the Several Opinions on Improving the Arbitration System to Improve Arbitration Credibility issued by the General Office of the Central Government and the General Office of the State Council, standardize the administration of the registration of arbitration commissions, and promote the orderly development of the arbitration cause, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Arbitration Commissions (Draft for Comment) and the explanations thereof are hereby promulgated.
