Announcement on Clarifying the Policies on Value-added Tax Super-deduction for the Life Service Sector

Relevant policies on value-added tax super-deduction for the life service sector are hereby announced as follows:
I. From October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021, taxpayers of the life service sector are allowed to add an extra 15% based on the deductible input VAT for the current period for deduction of the tax payable (hereinafter referred to as the "15% super-deduction policy").
