Departments of Science and Technology of Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan and Guangdong Provinces,
Your applications concerning national high-tech industrial base have been received. Upon initial review, field survey and expert argumentation, it is decided to identify 10 bases, including Gao'an National High-tech Industrial Base for Green Light Sources, as national high-tech industrial base (see the appendix for the full list).
Please further enhance your guidance and support for the bases, center on technology-based innovation and business start-up, accelerate the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, actively cultivate technology-based small, medium and micro enterprises, promote the coordinated development of high-tech industrial clusters and enable the bases to become important pillar for regional economic development.
All bases shall put into practice their development plans and implementing schemes, promote resources integration and sharing, establish a public service platform for technological innovation, advance innovation in systems and mechanisms, enhance the development of technological service system, build a complete ecology for innovation and business startup and drive the cluster development and high-quality growth of high-tech industry.
