Education departments (commissions), development and reform commissions, competent departments of industry and information technology, and state-owned asset supervision and administration commissions of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Education Bureau, the Development and Reform Commission, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and the State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp, the relevant competent departments of industrial administration and industrial organizations, as well as the relevant enterprises,
In order to implement the spirit of the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ("CPC") and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teaching Staff Construction in the New Era, perform the work in accordance with the deployment in the Implementation Plan for the National Vocational Education Reform, meet the requirements of the Circular of Seven Departments Including the Ministry of Education on Issuing the Provisions on Corporate Practices for Vocational School Teachers, deepen industry-education integration and cooperation between schools and enterprises, give play to the important role of enterprises in the team building of vocational education teachers, and accelerate the construction of a high-quality group of vocational education teachers experienced in both school education and actual practices for a new era, upon recommendation of the relevant competent departments of industrial administration and industrial organizations as well as all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government),departments including the Ministry of Education (the "MOE") has organized experts to conduct selection, and determined that enterprises including China Communications Services Corporation Limited have been selected as the first batch of national corporate practice bases for vocational education teachers (see Appendix for the list) and the list is hereby announced with the relevant matters notified as follows:
