Administrations (departments and commissions) for market regulation of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
The following guiding opinions are hereby put forward in order to urge food producers and operators (including catering service providers) to implement their responsibilities for food safety, use food additives strictly according to the standards, further strengthen the supervision of the use of food additives, prevent the use of food additives beyond the permitted scope or in excess of the maximum level, and effectively promote the healthy China action:
