Announcement on Seeking Public Comments on the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Revision for Comment)

Pursuant to the arrangements and requirements set forth in the Government Work Report of this year for the reform and improvement of the tendering and bidding system, and in order to deepen the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating powers and strengthening regulation, and improving services" in the field of tendering and bidding activities, optimize the business environment, address the prominent issues in tendering and bidding markets and promote high-quality economic development, the National Development and Reform Commission together with the relevant authorities has, after a process of preliminary research, expert evaluations and an extensive solicitation of opinions, drafted the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Revision for Comment), on which public comments are hereby sought.
All entities concerned and individuals from all circles in society are welcome to submit, before January 1, 2020, their valuable comments and suggestions regarding the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft Revision for Comment) through the "Solicitation of Comments" feature on the "Interactions and Communications" page accessible from the homepage of the official website of the National Development and Reform Commission at http://www.ndrc.gov.cn.
