Health commissions and administrations of traditional Chinese medicine of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic, medical institutions at all levels and of all kinds across China have resolutely obeyed the unified command and dispatch of the Party Central Committee, taken the initiative to participate in the overall prevention and control work, and gone all out to fight against the epidemic. Privately-run medical institutions, as an important part of China's medical and health service system, can play a very important role in prevention and control work. At present, the epidemic remains in a severe and complex challenge, and the work of prevention and control has entered a critical stage. In order to further strengthen the administration of privately-run medical institutions, and to support the epidemic prevention and control, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Taking effective measures to receive and treat patients.
