The finance departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, competent departments of industry and information technology, the Financial Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the Guangdong Sub-administration of China Customs and all customs houses directly under the General Administration of Customs, offices of the State Taxation Administration of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, local supervisory bureaus of the Ministry of Finance, and local special commissioners' offices established by the State Taxation Administration,
In order to continue to support the development of China's major technical equipment manufacturing, the Ministry of Finance has, in concert with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Administration of Customs, the State Taxation Administration, and the National Energy Administration, formulated the Administrative Measures for Import Duty Policies on Major Technical Equipment (see the appendix), which are hereby issued for implementation as of the date of issue.
