Based on the Amendment to the Constitution and the bill proposed by the State Council for amending the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Standing Committee of the Seventh National People's Congress has, at its fifth session, decided to make amendments to the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China as follows:
