Recently, the National Energy Administration ("NEA") has issued the Announcement [2017] No.11 to publish the results of sorting out normative documents.
The Announcement decides to repeal 147 normative documents, including the Circular of the Department of General Affairs of the National Energy Administration on Implementing the Construction Conditions for Photovoltaic Power Generation, the Circular of the Department of General Affairs of the National Energy Administration on Strengthening the Regulation of the Reasonable Use of Natural Gas, and the Circular of the National Energy Administration on Issuing the Administrative Measures for the Safety Evaluation of Grid-connected Power Generation Units, and amend another 28 normative documents, such as the Circular of the National Energy Administration on Further Implementing Policies concerning the Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation, the Circular of the National Energy Administration on Issuing the Measures for the Supervision over the Fair Opening of Oil and Gas Pipeline Network Facilities (for Trial Implementation), and the Circular of the National Energy Administration on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Supervision of the Connection of New Power Sources to the Power Grid.
