The Catalogues of Foreign-invested Advantage Industries in Central and Western China (Revised in 2013) is hereby promulgated upon approval by the State Council, and shall come into effect on June 10, 2013.The Catalogues of Foreign-invested Advantage Industries in Central and Western China (Revised in 2008) promulgated in December 23, 2008 (Order of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce in 2008 No. 4) shall be simultaneously repealed.
According to the stipulations in the Provisions for Guiding the Foreign Investment Direction (Order of State Council in 2002 No. 346), foreign-invested projects falling within this Catalogue may enjoy the preferential policies for foreign-invested projects under the category of encouragement. Foreign-invested projects under construction in line with the provisions of this Catalogue may be executed in accordance with relevant policies herein.
