Supplementary Provisions to the Provisions on Foreign Investment in the Civil Aviation Industry (IV), adopted at the fifth executive meeting of the Ministry of Transport on March 11, 2016, are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of May 27, 2016.

Supplementary Provisions to the Provisions on Foreign Investment in the Civil Aviation Industry (IV)
In accordance with the Supplementary Agreement VII to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement and the Supplementary Agreement VII to Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement approved by the State Council, supplementary provisions are hereby made to the Provisions on Foreign Investment in Civil Aviation Industry (Order of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the National Planning Commission No.110).
