根据《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好“放管服”改革涉及的规章、规范性文件清理工作的通知》（国办发[2017]40号）要求，为深入推进“放管服”改革，确保各项改革措施有效落实，国家食品药品监督管理总局组织对相关规范性文件进行了清理，决定修改2件，废止7件。现将清理结果公告如下：
一、修改的文件
1.将《关于印发〈麻醉药品和精神药品经营管理办法（试行）〉的通知》（国食药监安[2005]527号）附件2《申请成为全国性（区域性）批发企业应当报送的资料》第九项“会计师事务所出具的财务资产负债表”修改为“财务资产负债表”。
