各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市资产评估协会（有关注册会计师协会）和证券评估资格资产评估机构：
为进一步规范资产评估报告管理，更好的维护委托人和资产评估机构的合法权益，提升资产评估行业社会公信力，依据《中华人民共和国资产评估法》、《资产评估行业财政监督管理办法》和《中国资产评估协会章程》及有关规定，在吸收了部分地方协会、资产评估机构意见，借鉴相关行业经验的基础上，中国资产评估协会起草了《中国资产评估协会资产评估报告统一编码管理暂行办法（征求意见稿）》（以下简称《征求意见稿》），现印发你们征求意见。
