为规范企业债券主承销商及信用评级机构的业务行为，提高中介服务质量，建立健全企业债券市场信用体系，推进企业债券市场健康、可持续发展，根据《公司法》《证券法》《企业债券管理条例》《企业债券中介机构信用评价办法》等有关法律法规和规范性文件，现就开展2018年度企业债券主承销商及信用评级机构信用评价工作有关事项通知如下。
