根据中共中央 国务院《法治政府建设实施纲要（2015-2020年）》关于建立行政法规、规章和规范性文件清理长效机制要求，按照《国家知识产权局规范性文件制定和管理办法》，对截至2020年9月30日发布的规范性文件进行清理，现将清理结果予以公布，保留规范性文件45件，拟修改规范性文件2件，宣布失效规范性文件6件，废止规范性文件11件。
