国务院关于修改《中华人民共和国对外合作开采海洋石油资源条例》的决定

国务院决定对《中华人民共和国对外合作开采海洋石油资源条例》作如下修改：
一、将第四条改为第五条，修改为："国务院指定的部门依据国家确定的合作海区、面积，决定合作方式，划分合作区块；依据国家长期经济计划制定同外国企业合作开采海洋石油资源的规划；制定对外合作开采海洋石油资源的业务政策和审批海上油（气）田的总体开发方案。

国务院决定对《中华人民共和国对外合作开采海洋石油资源条例》作如下修改：
