The Decisions of the State Council to Abolish or Amend Certain Administrative Regulations, which were deliberated and passed at the 138th executive meeting of the State Council on December 29, 2010, are hereby issued for implementation as of the date of issue.

In order to further deeply carry out the basic strategy of ruling the country by law, maintain a unified socialist legal system and comprehensively boost lawful administration, the State Council has, on the basis of four times of clearing of administrative regulations since 1983, comprehensively reviewed 691 administrative regulations prevailing by the end of 2009, according to new situations and requirements of economic and social development and reform deepening.
