The Decision of the State Council on Revision of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Sino-foreign Cooperation in Exploration of Offshore Petroleum Resources has been adopted at the 173rd executive meeting of the State Council on September 21, 2011 and is hereby promulgated for implementation as of November 1, 2011.

Decision of the State Council on the Revision of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Sino-foreign Cooperation in Exploration of Offshore Petroleum Resources

The State Council has decided to make the following revision to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Sino-foreign Cooperation in Exploration of Offshore Petroleum Resources:

Articles 10 shall be revised as:"Chinese and foreign enterprises involved in Sino-foreign cooperative exploration of offshore petroleum resources shall pay taxes according to law."

This Decision shall be effective for implementation as of November 1, 2011.
