The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Revision of the Agricultural Law of the People's Republic of China, which was adopted at the 30th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress on December 28, 2012, is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of January 1, 2013.
