The Decision of the State Council on Revising the Regulation of the People's Republic of China Concerning Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Exploiting Continental Petroleum Resources is hereby promulgated and shall go into effect as of the promulgation date.

The State Council has decided to revise the Regulation of the People's Republic of China Concerning Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Exploiting Continental Petroleum Resources:

Article 30 shall be revised to: "the exclusive operation right to the Chinese-foreign cooperation in exploiting coal bed gas resources shall be enjoyed by China United Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd.
