In accordance with the Catalogue of Investment Projects Subject to the Approval of the Government promulgated by the State Council, the Decision of the National Development and Reform Commission on Revising Relevant Provisions of the Administrative Measures for Approval and Record-filing of Overseas Investment Projects and the Administrative Measures for Approval and Record-filing of Foreign Investment Projects is formulated and hereby promulgated.

Article 1 Revision Made to the Administrative Measures for Approval and Record-filing of Overseas Investment Projects (Order of the National Development and Reform Commission No.9).
Paragraph 1 of Article 7 thereof shall be revised as "An overseas investment project that involves any sensitive country or region or any sensitive industry is to be approved by the NDRC.
