The 14th session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress has passed the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Revising Six Laws including the Electric Power Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision") to revise the provisions on the pre-examination and approval of registration with the industrial and commercial administration involved in the following laws:
