The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Revising Five Laws including the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China, adopted at the 14th session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on April 24, 2015, is hereby issued for implementation as of the date of issue.

The 14th session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress has passed the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Revising Five Laws including the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision") to revise the administrative examination and approval, pre-examination and approval of registration or price management with the industrial and commercial administration involved in the following laws:
