The Decision of the China Food and Drug Administration on Amending the Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products, which was deliberated and adopted at the executive meeting of the China Food and Drug Administration on July 30, 2016, is hereby promulgated and shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of the China Food and Drug Administration on Amending the Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products
The China Food and Drug Administration has decided to amend the Good Supply Practice for Pharmaceutical Products as follows:
I. Article 2 shall be amended to read as follows: This Practice is laid down as the basic rules for drug operation and quality control. Enterprises shall take effective quality control measures to guarantee the quality of drugs in the process of drug purchase, storage, sales and transportation and subject to relevant requirements of the State, establish a drug traceability system to ensure traceability of drugs.
