The finance departments (bureaus) and the state taxation bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specially designated in the state plan, the State Administration of Taxation and the Finance Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
In order to guide reasonable consumption, with the approval from the State Council, related matters concerning the adjustments to consumption tax policies for cosmetics are hereby notified as follows:
