The Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries (Revised in 2017) which has been approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council is hereby promulgated for implementation as of July 28, 2017. The Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries (Revised in 2015) promulgated by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce on March 10, 2015 shall be repealed simultaneously.
