With a view to regulating the major asset restructuring of delisted companies, and clarifying the market expectation, the Replies to Regulatory Issues on Major Assets Restructuring of NEEQ-listed Companies Delisted from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange are hereby promulgated. And where any delisted companies are going to take a major asset restructuring, they shall implement these Replies.
