In order to carry out the State Council's requirements for clearing up and regulating intermediary service items subject to administrative approval, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission ("CIRC") has decided to revise certain clauses of four rules including the Implementing Rules for the Administrative Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Foreign-funded Insurance Companies.
