According to the work plan for the institutional reform of the state and local tax administration, new tax authorities will be established at the provincial, city and county levels pursuant to the schedules for their respective levels. To ensure that all tax work proceeds in a steady and orderly manner after the reshuffle of the tax authorities, issues related to the establishment of new tax authorities at each level are hereby announced as follows:
I. After its establishment, a new tax authority shall adopt new administrative and business seals, adopt a new institutional name for work, and cease the use of the old and business seals of its former local SAT office or local tax bureau.
