To deepen the reform of the compulsory product certification regime, strengthen market players' responsibilities and further reduce institutional transaction costs, the catalog of products subject to compulsory certification and the way to operate compulsory certification are hereby reformed and adjusted as below, in accordance with the Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening the Building of the Quality Certification System and Promoting All-round Quality Management (Guo Fa [2018] No.3).
