In recent years, the relevant departments have continuously stepped up their efforts regarding the issue of frequent dissemination of obscene and pornographic information by Internet information service providers engaged in online live business (hereinafter referred to as "online live services") and investigated and dealt with a number of enterprises that violate laws and regulations. At present, the dissemination of pornographic and vulgar information through online live services has been initially curbed, and the awareness and ability of enterprises to fulfill their main responsibilities have been strengthened. However, there are still some unauthorized online live service providers who spread harmful information, which has caused great social harm and been strongly complained about by the masses. In order to implement the requirements of relevant regulations such as the Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services, the Archival Administration of Non-operational Internet Information Services, the Administrative Measures for the Licensing of Telecommunications Business, the Provisions on the Administration of Online Live-streaming Services, the Administrative Measures for Business Activities of Online Performances, and the Circular on Issues Concerning the Tightening of the Administration of Live Services on online audio-visual programs, and further clear up cyberspace, the work of strengthening the administration of online live services is hereby notified as follows.
