For the purpose of further promoting the bond markets connect and stimulating the regulated development of the credit rating industry, the matters concerning the bond rating business conducted by credit rating agencies in the interbank bond market and the bond market of the exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "rating business") are hereby announced in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the People's Bank of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions:
