For the purpose of regulating the management over the overseas personnel's participation in the production of radio and television programs and promoting the radio and television exchange and cooperation, the National Radio and Television Administration (the "NRTA") has drafted the Administrative Provisions on the Overseas Personnel's Participation in the Production of Radio and Television (Draft for Comment) as per the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Procedures for the Formulation of Rules, and public comments are hereby sought.
