Announcement on Expanding the Scope of Trademark Matters Accepted by Non-Beijing Trademark Examination Cooperation Centers and Some Local Trademark Application Acceptance Windows

To deeply implement the arrangement and requirements of the State Council's reform of "streamlining administration and delegating powers, improving regulation and optimizing services", and promote the reform of facilitating trademark registration, it is decided, after research, to widen the scope of trademark matters that could be accepted by non-Beijing trademark examination cooperation centers and some local trademark application acceptance windows; from November 1, 2018, applicants may handle multiple affairs concerning trademark application, at the nearest center or window.
It is hereby announced.
