In order to further strictly regulate the inward and outward postal items and improve the efficiency of customs clearance of postal items, the General Administration of Customs ("GACC") has decided to promote the use of the information management system for inward and outward postal items (the "information system") at all custom houses in China as of November 30, 2018.
