Relevant departments under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the ministries and commissions of the State Council, departments directly under the State Council, the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the General Office of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, relevant people's organizations, relevant central enterprises, finance departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the Bureau of Finance of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
To deepen the reform and deployment of "streamlining administration, delegating powers, improving regulation and optimizing services", meet the requirements of "Internet Plus Government Services", guarantee the effective implementation of individual income tax reform and improve the regulatory efficiency of financial bills, it is decided that the reform of the administration of electronic financial bills shall be fully promoted.
