With a view to implementing the deployments of the State Council for deepening the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating powers and strengthening regulation, and improving services" and transforming government functions, the State Administration for Market Regulation has sorted out rules incommensurate with the "handling through a unified online platform" of government services, intends to revise the Measures for the Examination of Measurement Standards, and has drafted the Decision of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Amending the Measures for the Examination of Measurement Standards (Draft for Comment), for which public comments are hereby sought.
