Overseas underlying securities issuers under the Shanghai-London Stock Connect and relevant information disclosure obligors,
With a view to maintaining investors' right to know and facilitating overseas underlying securities issuers (the "overseas issuers") under the Shanghai-London Stock Connect and their relevant information disclosure obligors such as depository parties and investors in fulfilling information disclosure obligations, the Shanghai Stock Exchange ("SSE") has formulated the Applicable Guide to the Guidelines on the Format of Temporary Announcements under the Shanghai-London Stock Connect pursuant to relevant provisions such as the Interim Measures for the Listing and Trading of Depositary Receipts under the Stock Connect Scheme between the Shanghai Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange, which are hereby issued for implementation as of the date of issue.
