In order to implement the requirements of the reform of "streamlining administration and delegating powers while improving regulation, and optimizing services", and in accordance with the arrangement for the comprehensive integration of customs clearance and inspection services nationwide, the General Administration of Customs has decided to further optimize the administration of the registration of customs declaration entities, simplify the relevant registration procedures, and reduce the institutional transaction costs of enterprises.
