The matters relating to the administration of customs registration of cross-border e-commerce enterprises are hereby announced as follows according to the Administrative Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Registration of Customs Declaration Entities and the Circular of the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation and the State Administration for Market Regulation on Improving the Regulation of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Imports (Shang Cai Fa [2018] No.486) and other relevant provisions, in order to further standardize the customs supervision of cross-border e-commerce.
