To implement plans and requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on implementing administration by law and building a law-based government, the Ministry of Water Resources has decided not to implement and assess the central plans for water resources investment as required in the Circular of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on Coordinating and Standardizing the Supervision, Check and Assessment, and to abolish the Measures for the Implementation and Assessment of Central Plans for Water Resources Investment (Shui Gui Ji [2017] No.402).
