According to recent media reports, certain enterprises have broken up recycled medical waste into plastic particles which were then used to process and produce such everyday plastic items as mesh bags, plastic bags used for containing vegetables, drinking cups, washbasins, bidets and floating floors and children's toys; certain enterprises have processed and produced disposable sanitary products such as adult diapers and towels for mothers and babies by use of moldy and discarded "flake cellulose".
