Announcement of the Ministry of Justice on Seeking Comments on the Circular of the Ministry of Justice on Establishing the Record-filing System for Overseas Branches Set up by Law Firms (Draft for Comment)

In order to provide better services for the setting-up of overseas branches by law firms and better support Chinese lawyers to "go global", the Ministry of Justice has, upon study, formed the Circular on Establishing the Record-filing System for Overseas Branches Set up by Law Firms (Draft for Comment) according to requirements of the four ministries and commissions in the Opinions on Developing the Sector of Legal Services for Foreign Affairs.
Public comments are hereby sought.
