In order to further boost the quality and effects of the services of insurance funds for the real economy, enrich the use and management tools of insurance funds and improve the market credit risk dispersion and sharing mechanism, the matters relating to the participation of insurance funds in the business of credit risk mitigation tools and credit protection tools are hereby notified as follows in accordance with the Administrative Measures for the Use of Insurance Funds, the Interim Measures for the Participation of Insurance Funds in Financial Derivatives Trading and other provisions:
