2019 Key Tasks in the Nationwide Crackdown on Intellectual Property Infringement and the Production and Sale of Counterfeit and Shoddy Goods
To comprehensively accomplish the work of the 2019 national crackdown on intellectual property infringement and the production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy goods, we shall be guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the requirements of the Central Economic Working Conference, diligently put into practice the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, adhere to the principles of governance by law, attaching equal importance to the crackdown and the buildup of the social credit system, overall coordination, and social co-governance, carry out cross-departmental, cross-disciplinary and trans-regional joint anti-counterfeiting measures, and rigorously crack down on infringement and counterfeiting crimes according to the law.
